Dr Ashish Rajan completed his M.D in Geriatric Medicine (Gold medalist) from Government Medical College, Aurangabad in 2021. He had done 1 year of senior residency in Department of Geriatrics, Government Medical College, Aurangabad. He is trained in various aspects of medical care (outpatient, inpatient care and intensive care of Geriatric patients) and in comprehensive geriatric assessment. He was the state trainer under NHSRC for training medical officers in elderly and palliative care. He authored chapter in 2 Geriatric handbooks ( A Handbook of Geriatric Orthopedics & The 15 Geriatric syndromes) and also published articles in international journals.

- First prize for oral paper presentation in GSICON, October, 2018,Pune.
- Second prize for oral paper presentation in MahaGericon, October, 2021, Aurangabad.
- State trainer under NHSRC for training medical officers in elderly and palliative care.

- Coordinator for the webinar on world Alzheimer’s day 2022- “Know Dementia, Know Alzheimer’s”- organized by IMA Aurangabad & GMC Aurangabad.
